Royal Perak Golf
Club (RPGC) was formerly known as the Ipoh Golf Club. This 18-hole Par-72
6,214m course was built before the end of the 20th Century and is among the
oldest golf clubs in the country. In 1974 the Malaysian Open Golf Championship
was held here and it was the first time the championship was held outside Kuala
Lumpur. In 1990 the club once again played host to the championship. RPGC is an
axclusive club however non-members are permitted to play on weekdays with the
approval of the management. Handicap enforced here.

Kinta Golf Club
30 minutes from Ipoh, one of the most
scenic and challenging championship golf course in Malaysia was opened since
1921.Boasting 18 superbly conditioned holes with buggy, the course represents a
breath taking challenge to golfers of all level.
With par 70 and measuring 5,590 meters
from the back tee and 5,310 meters from the front the tee, the course features
plenty of water and lakes. Many of the hole have been carved out of the Acacia
plantation, thus using existing natural splendour to enhanced the experience of
playing a round of golf against a stunning mountainous backdrop.
Clubhouse features an atmospheric
restaurant that enables visitors to sample and enjoy some delicious Malay food
